We engage with local communities to promote cultural heritage and provide support for indigenous artists through various programs and initiatives.
Our workshops provide immersive experiences where participants can learn about indigenous crafts, music, and traditions directly from skilled artisans.
We organize art exhibitions that highlight the creativity and talent of indigenous artists, bringing their work to a broader audience.
We offer beading circles, music events and art events, art making, cultural camp, story telling and more. BIPOC, Two Spirit and LGBTQ+ persons are welcome and safe within our community.
We love creating music and art events for all ages to enjoy. Music and art create a platform for not only friendship, but for healing and creating inclusiveness. One of our goals is to create an Indigenous Arts Festival here on Salt Spring Island. Image above from the Native Art Renaissance Foundation as part of The Art Talks at Art Vancouver 2024.
We offer beading circles, art making, eco printing, nature walks, campfire circles, drumming and singing.
