The Sweetgrass Arts and Music Society is devoted to promoting and preserving the rich arts and culture of Indigenous peoples on Salt Spring Island, BC. We provide a platform for Indigenous artists and musicians to showcase their talents and share their stories, fostering a deeper appreciation and understanding of our heritage. Our society aims to create a welcoming space where community members can feel safe and accepted, while encouraging the generation of new ideas and the strengthening of our community.
